Welcome to The Hill (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

Accurate and complete information is required at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violations of these terms or applicable laws.
2. Payment Terms

Payment is required as outlined at the time of booking.

Prices, fees, taxes, and any required deposits will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
-
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00pm
-
Check-Out: 11:00am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
4. Property Use & Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Use of facilities on property respectfully and responsibly

Follow all posted rules and instructions

Limit occupancy to the number stated in the reservation

Supervise children at all times
-
Respect neighbors, wildlife, and quiet hours
Guests may be financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are not allowed unless explicitly approved:

Parties or events
-
Smoking inside
-
Illegal activities
-
Pets
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Guests assume all risks associated with staying on the property, including but not limited to:

Outdoor terrain
-
Weather conditions
-
Recreational features
The Hill is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or property indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Cancellation Policy
The Hill
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our small hospitality business.
Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in:
Full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in:
50% refund of the total reservation cost.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in:
No refund.
No-Shows & Early Departures

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
-
Early departures do not qualify for refunds.
Weather & Natural Events
-
No refunds are issued for weather-related conditions unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued for the area.

Travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or discomfort with weather forecasts do not qualify for refunds.
Reservation Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and approval.
-
Approved changes may incur additional fees or rate differences.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
-
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
